I would consider the Shopaholic series to be one of my guilty pleasures.  These books are so fun and best of all, they have this wonderful way of quenching my shopping cravings without having to spend a dime.  I love living vicariously through Sophie Kinsella and her shopping crazed leading lady, Becky Bloomwood.

Shopaholic & Baby explores a whole new shopping adventure, and one that I am particularly obsessed with, shopping for baby!  Of course, it’s nothing but the best for Becky’s first baby.  From the search for the perfect pram to the design of the dream nursery, this book is sure to be a favorite of every hip mama.

Shopping aside, there is also an exciting plot line involving Becky’s celebrity obstetrician and a possible affair with her dreamy husband, Luke.  Becky goes so far as to hire a personal investigator to dissect the case, making for a roller coaster of a 9 months.
