Those shoes are sah-weet!

We’re back in Washington now after a 3 year stint in LA, Long Beach, and Orange County (yes, we moved a lot down there).  While I have always considered myself a Northwest girl, I have to admit, I do miss the beach life and SO love the beach culture, laid back vibe, and most certainly beach inspired fashion.  So now, I’m always looking for ways to incorporate a bit of that cool beach fashion into mine and my family’s wardrobe. 

So when I found these little kicks from Sweet Shoes, I knew they would make the perfect addition to my son’s Spring/Summer wardrobe.  But what I didn’t know, is that my son wouldn’t be able to wait until warmer weather to sport these cool kicks.  They are by far his favorite pair of footwear, he lives in them (indoors, that is) and if he had his way would wear them everywhere.  They must be comfy, or maybe he’s already developed a superb sense of style? (Obviously, a trait inherited from his mom!)

For those of you who live in year round warm weather, these shoes are a must-have.  Trust me, your kids will adore them.  For the rest of us, I suggest stocking up for the summer months now.  Though, you may want to hide them till the days get a little warmer, unless you want a toddler screaming to wear his slip-ons out into the snow…spoken from a mom who knows!
