Hip Babies Do Yoga

In Portland, we have a coffee shop on every corner, and a yoga studio next to every coffee shop. What more could a hip mom, and her even hipper baby ask for? No…not the coffee shop! Yoga!

Don’t despair. Portland isn’t the only city swarming with downward dog posing mamas and babes. Baby yoga is the hottest health trend in post-natal baby-in-tow activities. That hour of twisting, stretching and bending with your newest addition is beneficial bonding time as well as a great opportunity for mom to stay healthy and active after delivery while connecting with other parents.
